Understanding how your home can help you to age in place – is important. Use this checklist to assess features in your home and start a conversation to prepare your home to age in.

This worksheet will allow you to get a sense of which features of your home will help or hinder your plan to age in place. The second page will walk you through the home to give you a quick overview of possible changes or renovations you might like to make to better set up your home to age in place.

• You can print as many times as you’d like for personal use only – not to be shared with others, used commercially or resold.
• Do not share the digital file with others.

Once purchased, you will have access to the PDF and can download for printing. You can print single sided or double sided depending on your printer or at a local print shop at your cost. I recommend printing in colour but you can choose to print in greyscale!

If you do not have a printer or generally have difficulty with downloadable files – I recommend choosing a printed and mailed item to your country of choice. Product will be mailed to your billing address at standard letter delivery times.
