Merlot Meets Monet

Merlot Meets Monet is a signature event of the Alberta Diabetes Foundation (ADF), happening on Thursday, May 25th 2023 in the lobby of the Li Ka Shing Centre on the University of Alberta campus. Merlot Meets Monet is a wine-tasting and art auction that supports life-saving diabetes research happening right here in Alberta. Guests have the opportunity to bid on a selection of art pieces generously donated by local artists and galleries, and even meet some of the artists.

While enjoying hand-curated wines, guests learn about some of Alberta’s most innovative diabetes research, from the researchers themselves. ADF Ambassadors share their stories about how their daily life is built around managing their disease. It’s an evening of great food, delicious wines, beautiful art and stimulating conversation. All in support of ADF’s vision of a world without diabetes.
