What is Choreographed Ballroom?
Choreographed Ballroom is couples dancing traditional rhythms such as ‘Cha’, ‘Two-step’ and ‘Foxtrot’.  The moves are cued – so no one has to lead, and the whole group is doing the same moves at the same time.  It’s a perfect date night activity! This activity is good for your body and mind and way better exercise than the gym!!! Easy to do!  Easy to learn!! Come give it a try.
