improve your balance
improve your ability to recover your balance when falling.
Based on a researched program, Getting Grounded Gracefully https://www.gettinggroundedgracefully.com/, this series will support you to develop a more reliable sense of balance. We will explore kind movement that develops your neurological template for balance, through your eyes, your ears, your skeleton/joints and your skin.
