Navigate Options at Home
Our parents may have taught us to be independent and move out on our own, but who is teaching them how to prepare to age well in their home they love.
What if you could give your loved one the tools, the resources and the encouragement so that they could stay at home longer?

Ben, Jessica and Mark were the concerned adult children to their parents, who were starting to have more mobility issues. They wanted to know what modifications could be done to the home to help their parents remain in the home as long as possible.
When Sherri & Samuel’s father refused to move to retirement living, they knew they needed to set up the home to better meet his changing mobility and vision needs before he had another fall and became hospitalized again.
Jennifer lives in the USA, her mom, diagnosed with dementia lives here in Edmonton. They wanted to create a plan of services and supports that both of them can access to increase the success of mom staying at home as long as possible, especially since mom could no longer drive.
Chris & Sandra are concerned because mom has MS, and dad is undergoing cancer treatments. They wanted to create an individual plan for each parents, of the supports and services they would need if the other spouse was hospitalized. They wanted to be prepared to handle any sudden changes in their health, for everyone’s peace of mind.
Peter & Diane knew that mom’s dementia diagnosis and living on her own was going to be a challenge. They wanted to know there was someone to call about future changes and know they’d quickly and efficiently get pointed to the right resources to help them support their mom at home, as long as possible.
When Sandra’s mother moved to retirement living, Sandra felt she needed someone to help her navigate all the different health services now involved in her mom’s care. She wanted that independent, neutral person to help guide her navigating through the system.
When Eric’s father was hospitalized with a stroke, he wanted guidance on how to prepare the home and set up the right services to ensure his dad could return home and have a good quality of life living in the home he loved.
